If they start them at Noon ET then if a rain comes, there would have been time to finish.

Tracks like WATKINS GLEN, SEARS POINT, MARTINSVILLE should run in the rain with defrosters, wipers and lights. If the drivers think the cars are to fast, stick a restrictor plate on it to suit the courage.

Racing is the only sport that does not compensate the "victim" of an infraction. Racing needs to implement a "no-fault" penalty if you create a yellow.
